Program Description Are you looking to deepen your personal practice outside of a traditional yoga studio environment? Are you interested in connecting to the wisdom and teachings of yoga both through study and the process of practice? Embody Life Yoga Teacher Training provides students of yoga an opportunity to learn together through the evolution of personal and group practice, in addition to an in-depth study of the philosophy and form of yoga.
Morgan Osmani and Wayne Baker offer an intimate opportunity for practitioners interested in deepening their personal yoga and meditation practice to train together. Join us for a heartfelt training experience rooted in the art of yoga and meditation practice, and the art of instruction. Morgan Osmani and Wayne Baker are both licensed professional counselors with expertise in stress resiliency, and yoga instruction. Their expertise in the mental, emotional, and physical elements of mindfulness practices provide a restorative learning environment for study and practice.
This training is for anyone who wants to deepen their own yoga practice or teach yoga to individuals or groups.

We will spend time studying the art and science of the physical practice of yoga, including basic yoga postures and universal alignment systems. Additionally, study and application towards yoga philosophy, contemplative practices, how yoga impacts the entire nervous system, and the body's capacity for wholeness and wellness will be explored through close looks at neuroscience, the body-mind connection, and how to use yoga and meditation as a tool to increase balance between inner life and outer life. This training provides tools and study in how to therapeutically unwind tension that is held in the body as a result of habitual responses to stress.

Location We will be practicing in a spacious, refurbished barn surrounded by trees in the hill country located in Dripping Springs near the intersection of Fitzhugh Road and . Exact location will be listed in your welcome packet.
Training Tuition We look forward to spending this time sharing the fruit of consistent study and practice together. Our Embody Life YogaTeacher Training is a certified school of yoga through Yoga Alliance.
Paid in Full Option Tuition: $3,500 due by May 5th
Payment Plan Option Tuition: $4,000 Deposit of $750 due by May 1st, 2016 Monthly payments of $365 beginning June 1st, 2016 until paid in full.
