There is also space held for dialogue regarding lifestyle changes through the application of what arises in meditation, yoga practice, and philosophy that support a sense of renewal and balance. These sessions will presence you to the needs of your heart, mind, body, and soul. Our recent expansion into the Be Well Austin Yoga House has allowed us to welcome new partnered wellness practitioners and to add a variety of new treatments and activities to our offerings. To enter the parking lot for The Yoga House, turn north on Camino Real off of Koening Lane (where King Florist is) and take an immediate left through the parking lot gate, proceed to the end of the lot behind the white two-story house. It’s a few steps from behind the house to our front door.
