WELLNESS FOR TEENS
Embody Life Wellness services for teens provide students opportunities to learn about, experience, and engage in self-discovery experiences through yoga and meditation practices in a group setting. Teens receive guidance, deepen friendships, self-reflect, and simply connect to their heart, mind, and body through practice. In our unique group settings teens learn from and support each other, disconnect from electronic media, engage in loving-kindness practices, and the discovery of yoga and meditation philosophy and practice. Teen specific yoga and meditation groups and programs are used as a way to reduce stress and anxiety, and increase social and emotional support among peers.
