TEEN MEDITATION GROUP FALL DATES - TO BE DETERMINED
This meditation program offers an empowering experience tailored to teens and integrates meditation practice, mindfulness concepts, and practice oriented ways to for teens to deal with stress and anxiety. Students have opportunities to engage in creative expression, develop leadership skills and increase self-esteem. In this group we introduce teenagers to basic meditation practices and the modern science behind practice. This group is open to high school students in 9th through 12th grade.
