MEDITATION + YOGA
EMBODY LIFE TEEN PROGRAMS Embody Life's Teen Yoga + Meditation program is an opportunity for 9th through 12th grade students to develop a yoga and meditation practice in an environment tailored to the unique needs of teenagers. Through physical yoga practice, and mindfulness based meditation, students are empowered to move through personal limits while developing the skills to be their most authentic and confident SELF in the world as they discover the power of presence, and the truth of who they are and what they can do with their heart, mind, body, and spirit.
Embody Life encourages holistic wellness and wholehearted living through mindful practices, yoga, and empowering experiences. Informed by modern science and rooted in ancient wisdom traditions, teens have an opportunity to cultivate wellness, peace, confidence, and vitality in everyday life.
