AUSTIN TEENS CAN PRACTICE YOGA, DEVELOP A MEDITATION PRACTICE, AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS!!! Embody Life Teen Yoga services provides a yoga inspired physical, mental, and emotional education for any Austin area teenager wanting to step into a yoga and meditation practice.
Teens who enroll in this series will practice and discover yoga and meditation together on:
Wednesdays, 5PM - 6PM
This evening includes guided yoga and meditation practices with Morgan Osmani, discussion, and experiential discovery designed to deepen and encourage each student's yoga education throughout the series.
Sundays, 12PM - 1:15 PM
This class is a foundational yoga practice designed to give teens tools, and practice in basic yoga postures and vinyasa sequences. Participation in this class offers our yoga teens a chance to grow their yoga practice confidently and together in simple, challenging, and fun ways.
SERIES REGISTRATION FEE AND STRUCTURE - $675
This fee includes all program facilitation, studio fees, and materials for the duration of the entire series.
Students are granted monthly unlimited access to yoga classes at Breath & Body Yoga in addition to the two required classes per week. Payment plans and some scholarships are available upon request.

Embody Life's Teen Yoga Program in partnership with Breath & Body Yogais an opportunity for 8th through 12th grade students to develop a yoga practice in an environment tailored to the unique needs of teenagers while increasing physical, mental, and emotional wellness throughout the duration of the program.
Through the practice of yoga and application of yoga philosophy, students are empowered to move through personal limits while developing the skills to be their most authentic and unique self in the world. Through the practice of yoga teens discover the truth of who they are and what they can do in the world with their heart, mind, body and soul.
This semester long yoga program offers an empowering community experience tailored to the developmental needs of teenagers. We integrate yoga practice, mindfulness, meditation, adventurous field trips, creative expression, the opportunity to develop leadership skills and ways to increase self-esteem and self-love. Students are introduced to the physical practice of yoga, and yogic philosophies as a way of viewing and experiencing the world.
