Embody Life Wellness services for teens provide students opportunities to learn about, experience, and engage in self-discovery experiences through yoga and meditation practices in a group setting. Teens receive guidance, deepen friendships, self-reflect, and simply connect to their heart, mind, and body through practice. In our unique group settings teens learn from and support each other, disconnect from electronic media, engage in loving-kindness practices, and the discovery of yoga and meditation philosophy and practice.
Teen specific yoga and meditation groups and programs are used as a way to reduce stress and anxiety, and increase social and emotional support among peers. Individual services for teens are available by request. Visit the Wellness for Teens page for details and information about upcoming programs.
