DAILY SCHEDULE
Sample Day 2
7:00AM - Morning group meditation and gentle movement
8:00AM - Breakfast
10:00AM - 12:00PM - Immersions into embodiment practices (yoga and meditation), dialogue, and experiential group processes
12:30PM - Lunch
2:00PM - 4:30PM - Free time (swim, explore, rest)
4:30PM - Evening meditation & group connecting
6:30PM - Dinner
8:00PM - Free time (pool time, chill time, or movie night, games, etc.)

Sample Day 4
6:00AM - Sunrise hike
8:00AM - Breakfast
10:00AM - 12:30PM - Gentle movement and mindful writing practice
12:30PM - Lunch
2:00PM - 4:30PM - Free time (swim, explore, rest)
4:30PM - Evening meditation and group connecting
6:30PM - Dinner
8:00PM - Optional Yin/restorative yoga

Some evenings there will be an extra session (wind down and restore after dinner).
Wednesday will be a longer free day and a chance to explore the island or simply relax at the Hui Ho’olana
