The process of stepping into adulthood can be a stressful time for everyone, especially high school students. This group is designed to be an engaging, reflective form of support that assists young adults in building resiliency against stress through self-compassion based meditation, embodied practice, reflective conversation, and physical activity. This group offers adolescents an opportunity to practice presence, deepen friendships, engage in meaningful conversation, connect to the Austin community and challenge themselves in fun, adventurous, and revitalizing ways that build self-confidence, community, and support.
Fall Enrollment Dates September 10th - October 9th October 10th - November 9th November 10th - December 17th Tuition Cost: $475 covers all group sessions in a 4-week cycle, this includes one additional community class per week. New teens are welcome to join at the beginning of each cycle. We ask that new group members commit to participation for a full 4-week cycle.
